愛德華．羅勒三世 (Edward Lawler III)╱美國南加州大學（University of Southern California）企管教授，並且是該校「效能組織中心」（Center for Effective Organizations）共同創辦人兼主持人。羅勒的研究領域跨及員工參與、組織變革、薪酬制度，以及董事會效能，發表過300餘篇專文，並著有《至誠待人》（Treat People Right!）、《獎勵卓越》（Rewarding Excellence）、《效能董事會》（Corporate Boards），以及《組織高績效》（Organizing for High Performance）等38本著作。
克里斯多福．渥利 (Christopher Worley)╱南加大效能組織中心研究員，曾任佩柏丁大學（Pepperdine University）「組織發展碩士課程」（Master of Science in Organization Development program）主任。渥利畢業於南加大，與企業界交流頻繁，發表過20餘篇專文，並著有《整合策略變革》（Integrated Strategic Change）以及《組織發展與變革》（Organization Development and Change）兩本著作。
