詹姆斯．錢裴 (James Champy)╱是CSC因代世公司的前任董事長。CSC因代世是一家企管顧問公司，總部設在麻薩諸塞州劍橋市，專門協助企業組織發展、導入及實施流程再造行動方案，是這個領域的先驅。錢辟現為斐洛系統顧問公司（Perot System Consulting Practice）董事長。
