瑞姆．夏藍 (Ram Charan)╱演說家、顧問、作家與策略專家，成長於印度，從小幫忙經營家裡的鞋店，也因此打下經商的基礎。之後夏藍進入哈佛商學院就讀，取得商管碩士與博士學位，並曾於哈佛和西北大學任教多年，目前擔任多家企業董事會和高階管理團隊的顧問，包括奇異、杜邦（DuPont）、諾基亞（Nokia）、美國Verizon電信與湯姆森集團（Thomson Corporation）等。夏藍著有多本商業書籍，由他執筆或共同執筆的著作包括《執行力》（Execution）、《實力》（Know-How），以及《讓顧客甘願多付錢》（What the Customer Wants You to Know）。
