歐里．布萊福曼 (Ori Brafman)╱歐里．布萊福曼畢業於加州大學柏克萊分校與史丹佛商學院，一生都在創業，創立的事業包括無線網路公司、法庭科技公司以及健康食品倡導團體，另外還成立了社團，結合多家企業的執行長，共同推動公益計畫。
羅德．貝克斯壯 (Rod Beckstrom)╱畢業於史丹佛大學，與布萊福曼一樣，創立了多家企業。貝克斯壯曾獲傅爾布萊特獎學金（Fulbright Scholarship），並於倫敦工作過2年，擔任摩根士丹利銀行的衍生性金融商品交易員。貝克斯壯在史丹佛就學期間，創立了一家風險管理公司CATS，後來成長發展為跨國企業，並且在那斯達克（NASDAQ）上市。貝克斯壯是衍生性商品與風險管理的先驅，共同編著《風險值》（Value at Risk）一書，探討當代的風險管理理論，並著有《動動腦》（Brain Ticklers）與《風險值入門》（An Introduction to VAR）等書。
