About the author
1993년 대구에서 태어나 Tsuji에서 디저트 과정을 수료하고, Le Cordon Bleu of Sydney에서?프랑스 요리과를 졸업하였다. 어릴 때부터 그림 그리는 것과 글 쓰는 것이 좋아 줄곧 취미가 되었고, 중학교 2학년 때 요리 수업을 통한 이탈리안 요리는 생계가 되어 현재 ‘아티코’(Since 2018)라는 이탈리안 레스토랑의 Owner chef로 활동 중이다. 살아온 생은 짧지만 다양한 경험과 바람을 품고 《너와 함께하는 오늘이 가장 좋은 날이야》(2018), 《오래 보아야 아름답다》(2021), 《사랑을 글로 배웠습니다》(2022)를 출간하게 되었다. insta @paul_lsm fksdd2@hanmail.net
