About this ebook
我國工程產業在目前國內大型公共建設陸續完工之情形下，市場逐漸趨於飽和，國內工程產業拓展海外工程市場已然成為產業永續發展之趨勢，故本計畫擬協助推展我國工程產業全球化業務，朝向工程產業全球畫推動方案(政策白皮書)之目標持續推動。本年度計畫已完成「國內業者於新南向區域發展盤點報告」、持續彙整106年國內潛力業者於新南向目標國家備投標彙整表、協助新南向市場來台貴賓參訪國內工程業者之交流活動行程、完成「工程產業全球化平台」規劃並更新新南向專區網頁、召開三場工程產業海外發展策略聯盟會議、協助執行「補助國內工程產業策略聯盟赴海外拓點措施」、執行海外拓點稽核作業、掌握與提供海外商機資訊、工程顧問服務業年度業務報告書分析、辦理五場次工程產業全球化人才實務培訓班、出席「歐銀年會及商業論壇」、「亞銀商機博覽會」及參訪拓銷團、以及提出「外國政府協助工程產業赴海外發展之金融協助模式研析-以日本JICA及韓國KOICA為例」研究報告等。 本計畫分別就「拓展新南向目標市場」、「優化業者輸出能量」、「掌握海外工程輸出商情」等工作重點，進行跨單位溝通交流(含經濟部、外交部、產業公協會、學術單位等)及資源運用，完成2017年度各項有利推動工程產業全球化之工作，未來也將持續朝2018年度目標努力。
