路．葛斯納 (Louis Gerstner)╱於1993年4月至2002年3月，擔任IBM董事長兼執行長。葛斯納畢業於達特茅斯學院（Dartmouth College）及哈佛商學院（Harvard Business School），曾在麥肯錫管理顧問公司（McKinsey & Company）服務。加入IBM前，葛斯納曾擔任納必斯可（RJR Nabisco, Inc.）公司董事長兼執行長一職長達4年，及美國運通旅遊服務集團（American Express Travel Related Services Group）董事長兼執行長共11年。
