彼德．舒瓦茲 (Peter Schwartz)╱畢業於美國紐約壬色列理工學院（Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute）。舒瓦茲是位未來學家，也是精於情境規畫的商業策略專家（scenario planning，也有人譯為情境模擬、情境預測、情境推演）。舒瓦茲為全球商業網共同創辦人兼董事長，艾爾他創投公司合夥人，擔任SRI 國際策略環境中心經理時，帶領皇家殼牌石油集團情境規畫計畫。舒瓦茲著有《遠見的藝術》（The Art of the Long View），與人合著《長期榮景》（The Long Boom）、《好公司做壞事》（When Good Companies Do Bad Things），及《中國之未來》（China’s Future）。
