張永久，1954年生於中國湖北宜都，武漢大學作家班畢業，獲文學學士學位。曾下鄉插隊，當過工人、統計員、編輯、執行主編等，現為獨立作家，出版著作十餘部。近年來專注於歷史題材寫作，著有《民國三大文妖紀傳——傷心的祭壇》、《袁世凱家族》等書，另有多篇歷史隨筆散見於國內外報刊。
