麥可．伯格道 (Michael Bergdahl)╱曾被山姆．沃爾頓延攬擔任沃爾瑪總公司人資總監，從1990年起到1992年沃爾頓過世為止，伯格道都與沃爾頓共事。在進入沃爾瑪前，伯格道曾在百事可樂旗下食品公司菲多利（Frito-Lay）任職。離開沃爾瑪後，則曾在「美國鷹服裝」公司（American Eagle Outfitters）與環保公司「廢棄物管理」（Waste Management）服務。目前伯格道為全職的激勵講師與商業教練，著有《沃爾瑪經營的七大定律》，對沃爾瑪這家全球最大零售商了解相當深入，是公認的沃爾瑪權威。
