查爾斯．奧賴利 (Charles O'Reilly)╱畢業於德州大學艾爾帕索分校（University of Texas at El Paso）與加州大學柏克萊分校，現為史丹佛大學企管研究所人力資源與組織行為教授，同時曾任教於哈佛大學商學院，以及加州大學柏克萊分校與洛杉磯分校，並且擔任許多不同產業的企業顧問。奧賴利發表了80餘篇論文，並合著有《勇於創新：組織的改造與重生》（Winning Through Innovation）。
傑佛瑞．菲佛 (Jeffrey Pfeffer)╱史丹佛商學研究所組織行為學教授，1979年起任教至今。他在全世界27個國家講授過高階主管培訓課程。目前為《Business 2.0》撰寫每月專欄，擔任多家企業董事職位。著有11本書，其中包括與沙頓博士合著的《為知識搭起行動的橋樑》。畢業於卡內基美隆大學及哈佛大學。
