I have no idea what is going on with the alarms. I set an alarm for Friday just so it plays Saturday. My alarm on Wednesday (intended for Thursday) plays on Tuesday instead. My alarm on Saturday (intended for Sunday) just never plays at all. Having to use the Spotify app is fine, but setting presets to shuffle play a playlist doesn't really work, and that is the #1 intention I have.

If the Wiim came out before the Bluesound Node 2i I swear I would not have bought the Node 2i. That's savings of at least 400usd. Connect it to an external DAC and the sonic difference is just a tad. Both sounds wonderful. The Wiim app is just as good as the BluOs. Tidal, Qobuz, Spotify, etc can be played as well. While the BluOs plays flacs on HDD the Wiim plays your phone's flac collection. Love the app.

Edit: got it to connect, now cuts out randomly. Internet connection is perfect. Grr. Tidal doesn't have a problem via Bluetooth or phone speaker so something is up with the latest firmware update. Has been flawless for a long time. in the past week cannot cast to the device from my phone and have it hold the connection. whether I use tidal or the wiim app same glitchy results. so frustrating I need my loud music in the living room man! :)
