There are numerous spelling and grammar mistakes as well as missing words and phrases. I found it hard to take the advice in the book when the author couldn't be bothered to fully proof read before publishing.

An excellent read especially the initial chapters were so informative that I feel like the author has literally talked to me understand my problems and come up with a solution it also explains some problems that I was struggling for so long overall i recommend this book even though the later chapters were not so useful for me still the initial chapters help me to a great extent that it deserves a 4 star rating.

I enjoyed reading this book. I knew what self-discipline is and I admit I desperately needed it in my life. Sometimes the only thing you need is a tiny dose of inspiration. I can tell you that I got more than I expected. Besides inspiration, the author provides real examples, useful insights, exercises, etc. After reading this book I cannot find any excuses for not doing what I have to do. I know that I have a huge potential and I must explore it. Don’t overthink it, just order the book.
