• 야베테이지(矢部貞治)(1902~1967) 정치학자 도쿄제국대학 법학부 졸업, 도쿄대학 교수, 와세다대학 대학원 강사 등 ‘신체제 운동(新體制運動)’ 원안 작성. 대정익찬회(大政翼賛會)가 육군에 의해 우익단체로 전락하자 해군과 협력하여 패전 저지 활동 전개 헌법 개정론자이자 마르크스주의에 대한 날카로운 비판으로 유명하며 보수 이론가로 활약 저서 『민주정치기구의 기초원리(民主政機構の基礎原理)』(1947), 『민주주의의 본질과 가치(民主主義の本質と價值)』(1949), 『정치학(政治學)』(1947), 『근위문마(近衛文麿)』(1952) 등 간행
