이날에는 ‘입춘(立春)’을 써서 붙이는 풍속이 있다. 나라에서는 시종신이 새봄에 축복하는 뜻으로 춘첩(春帖)시를 지어 드리면 대제학(大提學)이 그 시를 골라 새겨서 백여 개 각 궁궐 기둥에 붙인다. 따라서 민가에서는 종이에 좋은 시를 크게 써서 붙인다. 그 시는 옛날 문장의 시 가운데 선택하여 쓴다. ‘입춘대길(立春大吉)’과 ‘건양다경(建陽多慶)’ 두 가지 글귀는 입춘 때에 첫째가는 것이다.본문 중에서>
