글 김영하 대학에서 문예창작을 전공하였습니다. 한샘출판사, 노벨과 개미, 천재교육, 한샘닷컴, 하이논술 출판사의 초등 논술 교재, 인물 사전, 위인 동화, 자연 학습 동화 등 어린이 책을 다수 집필하였습니다. 그 밖에 를 집필하기도 했습니다. 그림 조명자 미대에서 디자인을 전공하였고 졸업 후 6년간 건축설계 일을 했습니다. 하지만 그림에 대한 생각을 늘 하던 중 건축 일을 그만두고 TV 그림동화를 그리게 되면서 지금의 일러스트 작가가 되었습니다. 주요 작품으로 , , 등이 있습니다.
