●首位獲得大陸「全國技術能手」稱號的烘焙技術師
曾製作了第一本蛋糕專業畫冊，
1993年，創造性地發明了第一個塑料仿真蛋糕，
2001年，研發了藝術陶瓷蛋糕，並獲得國家專利。
2007年發明了捏土仿真蛋糕，使蛋糕突破食品的範疇，
攜手多位烘焙名家，創辦了黎國雄蛋糕烘焙中心。從創校至今，
