About this ebook
創興銀行創辦於1948年，原是香港一家華資銀行，由廖氏家族掌舵；後於2014年被越秀集團收購。現適逢該行70週年慶，故編成此書。 1946-1964年，香港華資銀行進入迅速發展的黃金時期。創興銀行正是在這特定的歷史背景下誕生的。創辦以來，該行大體經歷了五個發展時期：第一階段為起步發展時期。第二階段為轉折調整時期。第三階段為重組整固時期。第四階段為創新發展時期。第五階段為轉型開拓、跨境經營時期。 本書試圖把創興銀行的發展，放在一百多年以來香港華資銀行發展的歷史長河之中，特別是放在戰後香港經濟及金融業轉型發展的宏觀經濟背景下展開，希望能從創興銀行70年來的發展歷程中，從一個側面讓讀者瞭解香港華資銀行的興衰及其背後的原因，以及香港經濟及金融業的發展演變規律。同時，也可從另一個側面，反映自進入回歸祖國的過渡時期以來中資企業和中資銀行在香港的發展態勢。
About the author
馮邦彥，暨南大學經濟學院教授、博士生導師，曾先後擔任暨南大學特區港澳經濟研究所所長、暨南大學經濟學院院長，並曾先後擔任廣東省政協委員、廣東省人民政府參事、廣州市人民政府決策諮詢專家、廣東經濟學會副會長等社會職務。1987-1994年間曾任香港東南經濟信息中心分析員等職，長期從事香港經濟、香港資本與財團、香港金融等領域的研究。
