昌言 中國湖北興山縣人，「老三屆」知青。八十年代開始文學創作。已在京、滬、鄂、皖、魯等省、市文學期刊上發表中篇小說十餘部，短篇三十多篇；出版有長篇敘事散文《家族記憶》，長篇小說《小小二十年》、《苦難與罪孽》，中篇小說集《獨木橋上》，中、短篇小說集《香溪故事》等。中國湖北省作協會員。曾任宜昌市作協副主席，興山縣政協副主席。
