About the author

王振民，現任清華大學法學院教授、清華大學港澳研究中心主任、清華大學國家治理研究院院長。鄭州大學法學學士，中國人民大學法學碩士、博士。1995年起任教於清華大學法學院。1993－1995年在香港大學法律學院學習並進行研究工作，2000－2001年在美國哈佛大學法學院做傅爾布萊特計劃高訪學者。2006年2月被任命為香港特別行政區基本法委員會委員。2011年入選「全國十大傑出青年法學家」。研究方向為憲法學和港澳台問題。在中外學術刊物發表論文一百餘篇，出版有《中央與特別行政區關係──一種法治結構的解析》《中國違憲審查制度》《法律、法治與法學》《「一國兩制」與基本法：二十年回顧與展望》等專著
