《冷廬醫話》為晚清醫家陸以湉所著，成書於公元1858年，全書分五卷，其一、二兩卷論述醫務道德、保生慎藥和診法、用藥等項，以及古今醫家、古今醫書足資取法者。卷三至卷五系摭拾歷來名醫對多種病證的治驗醫案等，間附己意，加以發明，推究原委，詳其利弊，言多中肯。其補編一卷，系民國曹炳章氏就作者所著《冷廬雜識》中有關醫事者擇要錄入，附列編末，使本書更為充實。此次是以清光緒二十三年（1897）烏程龐氏刊本為底本，以上海衛生出版社鉛印本為參校本點校而成，可供學習和研究中醫學術參考，頗具啟發作用。醫學教育網搜集整理補編一卷系民國曹炳章補輯。陸氏所載醫史文獻資料豐富，論述精廣，並多個人識見，故在醫話著作中素負盛譽。其一、二兩卷論述醫範醫鑒、保生慎藥以及診法用藥和古今醫家醫書足資取法者；三至五卷摭拾歷代名醫對多種病症的治驗醫案等，潛心探究，附意闡發，詳其利弊，言多中肯。曹炳章補編就作者所著《冷廬雜識》中涉關醫事者擇要錄入，以備該篇。該書內容豐富多彩，精警之句頗多，如能細心品讀，必能啟迪思維，開闊視野，臨證頗具啟發作用。
