陳玉琳，浙江餘姚人，1952年出生於台灣省高雄縣岡山鎮，國立台灣師範大學國文系畢業，曾任高中教師，移居美國後從商，業餘愛好寫作。1996年加入北德州文友社，常有散文遊記與家居舒懷之作發表於達拉斯華文報與世界日報。
