2023年6月16日，研究中心的週年研討會於旺角浸信會順利舉行。香港樹仁大學商業、經濟及公共政策研究中心主任李樹甘教授發佈的「基督徒離婚再婚觀研究」；生命及倫理研究中心研究主任（義務）陳永浩博士回應；明光社項目統籌經理及輔導員韋佩文女士分享「誰是離婚再婚者的鄰舍？」；伯特利神學院院長屈偉豪院長分享「成為更好的同行者」；中國神學研究院余達心教席副教授辛惠蘭教授為參加者闡述了新約聖經中跟離婚相關的教導；在「人神關係有take two」的論壇時間，基督教宣道會北角堂牧師譚廣海牧師與中國基督教播道會恩福堂牧師劉雅菲牧師分享到教會對離婚及再婚的看法。
當眼前社會只顧經濟發展，推動一樣又一樣的「新發展」，數字固然亮麗，但造成社會不公，社會上流的機會減少，貧富不均等問題亦日益加劇。「婚離」只是顯現社會問題中比較輕微的一小部份，更多隱藏的問題，如家暴，精神壓力，社會冷感，對前景失望和不滿等，就像一個又一個隱形的計時炸彈，可能在未知的時候，因不知的原因爆發。
