潘星輝，1971年出生，祖籍廣東番禺，北京大學歷史學博士，上海交通大學人文學院歷史系副教授。主攻明、清史，近年亦涉足中國通史及思想史領域，先後發表論文多篇，著有《明代文官銓選制度研究》。
