About the author
趙迺定 1943年生於嘉義縣新港鄉。國立成功大學工商管理系畢業，台灣省經濟建設工商管理人員以等人員特種考試及格。 自1961年於《自由青年》發表處女詩作〈懷〉以來；相繼從事詩、散文、小說、兒童文學、評論、郵寄、學術性論說文等創作，已於報章雜誌發表數十萬言。1975年結集《異種的企求》，其餘正陸續整理中。曾獲1977年第五屆吳濁流新詩獎佳作獎、1983年嘉雲南地區文學獎甄選小說佳作獎。
