一九七○年生，現為中國青年作家協會會員、四川省小小說學會會員、廣安市詩詞學會常務理事。 夏興初，男，漢族，1970年4月出生，大專文化，中共黨員，曾在學校和鄉鎮政府工作，現在政協機關任職。系四川省廣安市作家協會會員、廣安市詩詞學會會員。先後在《新民晚報》、《光明日報》、《章回小說》、《小說月刊》、《微型小說選刊》、《中國文學》、《故事會》、泰國《中華日報》、西班牙《華新報》、美國《僑報》等國內外報刊發表文學作品近500篇，曾獲文化部、民政部、西班牙華文作家協會等單位頒發的文學獎勵40餘次。
