為了永續發展養殖漁業、強化生產者自主管理與產品安全責任，漁業署積極推行產銷履歷，透過揭露生產者資訊，讓業者對產品的品質負責及產銷結構更完善，透過溯源機制，消費者只要透過智慧型手機等行動裝置，掃描產品包裝上的二維條碼，就能立即獲知水產品的來源資訊，不僅讓消費者提升對國產水產品的信賴、安心選購水產品，同時也能保障漁民生產品質。
