About the author

蘇佳善，臺灣澎湖人，淡江大學中國大陸研究所碩士、中央警察大學行政警察組畢業。

曾任內政部新聞科科長（2000~）、社會司社會團體科科長（2005~），現任內政部合作及人民團體司合作行政管理科科長（2013~）。
