About the author
莫 渝（1948 ～ ）本名林良雅，出生於苗栗縣竹南鎮。2005年9月起，主編《笠》詩刊。長期與詩文學為伍，閱讀世界文學，關心台灣文學，建構苗栗文學。粗略劃分：1960年代開始寫詩發表作品、1970年代翻譯法國詩、1980年代譯介第三世界國家詩選及譯詩家研究、1990年代回到台灣文學閱讀與研究。寫作包括新詩、散文、評論、翻譯、兒童文學等。著有詩選集：《無語的春天》（1979）、《長城》（1980）、《土地的戀歌》（1986）、《浮雲集》（1990）、《水鏡》（1998）、《莫渝詩選》（蒙文版，2006）、《莫渝詩集》（2007）、《第一道曙光》（2007）等。2005年4月由苗栗縣文化局出版《莫渝詩文集》五冊，前兩冊詩集，為1964至2004年間主要詩創作結集。詩作曾翻譯成英文、日文、韓文、德文、蒙文等。
