《我這一輩子》是中國作家老舍於1937年創作的中篇小說，全文兩萬字。以中華民國時期北平一個普通巡警的自述，講述他坎坷、悲慘的一生。1946年8月由上海惠群出版社出版[1]。這部小說於1950年由中國導演石揮自導自演拍攝成電影，之後由廣東巨星影業投資拍攝，改編為22集電視連續劇。
2006年為紀念《我這一輩子》發表70周年和老舍逝世四十周年以及『話劇百年』，中國大陸首次製作演出話劇《我這一輩子》。由老舍兒子舒乙指導，李六乙改編、導演，仇曉光主演。2006年歲末在北京首都劇場演出。[2]電影《我這一輩子》是1950年攝製的中國電影，由文華影片公司出品，石揮導演並主演。
該片上映後成為中國當年票房最高的電影。1955年，該片獲得中華人民共和國文化部優秀影片二等獎。
