方曉嵐、陳紀臨夫婦，傳承陳家兩代的烹飪知識，對飲食文化作不懈的探討研究，是香港暢銷的食譜書作家，作品遠銷海外及國內市場。陳家廚坊的作品，?容豐富實用，文筆流麗，深受讀者歡迎，至今已在香港出版了14本食譜書，作品更在台灣多次出版。 2016年方曉嵐、陳紀臨夫婦在著名的世界食譜書系列中，代表中國菜用英文撰寫了《China The Cookbook》，介紹中國33個省市自治區的飲食文化和超過650個各省地道菜式的食譜。這本書得到國際上很多好評，並為世界各大主要圖書館收藏，現已逐步翻譯成法文、德文、中文、意大利文、荷蘭文、西班牙文等多國文字。2016年秋天應出版商Phaidon Press的邀請，曾到加拿大、美國、英國及澳洲等國多個大城市進行巡迴推廣、演講及接受傳媒採訪，以香港作家的身份，為中國菜在國際舞台上的發展作出貢獻，為香港人爭光。
