張博樹，中國當代學者，1955年出生於北京。1991年獲中國社會科學院研究生院哲學博士學位。目前旅居美國，任哥倫比亞大學政治系客座教授，中國戰略分析智庫董事局主席。代表作：《經濟行為與人：經濟改革的哲學思考》、《Marxism and Human Sociobiology》、《從五四到六四：20世紀中國專制主義批判（第一卷）》、《中國憲政改革可行性研究報告（全本）》、《改變中國：六四以來的中國政治思潮》
