About the author
米家路，原名米佳燕，加州大學大衛斯分校比較文學和電影研究博士（2002）。現任美國新澤西州新澤學院英文系和世界語言與文化系副教授；中文學部主任。現居新澤西普林斯頓。
學術研究涉及中西現代詩歌，電影與視像，文化批評理論，後殖民理論與性別研究以及生態文化。英文著作包括：《中國現代詩歌中的自我模塑與現代性，1919-1949》（2004），《環境挑戰時代的中國生態電影》（與魯曉鵬合編，2008）。主編《四海為詩：旅美華人離散詩歌精選》（2014），並著有：《望道與旅程：中西詩學的幻象與跨越》（臺灣秀威，2017），《望道與旅程：中西詩學的迷幻與幽靈》（臺灣秀威，2017）。目前正在撰寫《異境：中國現代文學， 繪畫與電影中的地形學與水緣詩學》英文專著（Brill 出版）。
