《醋葫蘆》，明代小說，中國古代十大禁書之一，四卷二十回。首序有「筆耕山房醉心西湖心月主人題」字樣，其作者所著尚有《弁而釵》、《宜春香質》等小說，但其真實姓名及生平不可考。
敘都氏性妒及其家庭糾葛事。文中曾引用明戲曲家吳炳《療妒羹》傳奇中的某些段略。言成珪出身微賤，娶綢絹鋪員外都直之女為妻，難免懼內。都氏不育，又喜妒，疑珪有意於婢。珪因無子，脅迫都氏允其納妾。都氏竟用高價求一陰陽女為其妾，珪婚後大為不悅，與隨嫁之婢翠苔通。都氏發覺，罰珪跪至四更，鞭打翠苔，棄於江中。後被救，與珪成婚並生一子。原來都氏是天界昴日雞星之妻，性潑悍，犯嫉妒之罪，投胎為都氏。冥王令無常勾取都氏，一路拷打，倍受折磨，後抽去其脊梁上妒筋，轉回陽世，從此妒心全無。
