About this ebook
凡參玄宗不難得手，難從性宗參入。如從此入，便得淵源。倘錯行路徑，如書空尋跡，披水覓路矣。
修玄之理，可以意會，不可以言傳，古人章句之中隱隱在焉。天不言而四時行，人身陰陽消息，人不能使之然也。
大道之妙，全在凝神處。凡聞道者，宜領此意求之。凝神得竅，則勢如破竹，節節應手。否則面牆而立，一步不能進。
學道之人，須要海闊天空，方可進德。心宜虛空，神宜安定，能使心不動，便可立丹基。
