2020年，全球人類集體經歷了新冠疫情的肆虐，COVID-19病毒突然改變了全人類的生活習慣、經濟活動、消費行為，以及人與人之間的相處模式。但是固有習俗與傳統卻不會因疫情或時代推演而有變化，例如圍爐吃年夜飯。
農曆春節是華人世界最重視的節慶，即使在科技如此發達，影像傳輸如此便捷的今天，遠在異國或異鄉的親人，仍然願意不辭辛勞地返家過年。除夕夜全家人團圓吃年夜飯，吃一尾象徵年年有魚的金鯧魚、全家享受暖心暖胃的魚頭火鍋，身心都獲得放鬆與滿足；大年初一向親友拜年、送禮，到郊外走春、廟裡祈福，是台灣人的年節活動，願新的一年大家都能平安踏實、豐收有餘。
儘管2021年疫情仍未結束，然而我們擁有彼此關心及扶持，總會牛轉乾坤，迎來春暖花開新的一年。
