About the author
秦晉 本名郁文龍，原籍中國江蘇，中學畢業後上山下鄉四年，曾經大海航行遊歷歐洲，從此打開眼界，猶如井底之蛙爬行出了井口。「生正逢時」，1988年末赴澳洲，也為尋求中國民主之道。1989年初開始投入海外民運，加入中國民主團結聯盟，同年末加入民主中國陣線，不論民運局勢如何風起雲湧、跌宕起伏，堅持民運的旗幟不倒、隊伍不散、聲音不斷。立志「一息尚存，矢志不渝」。 1999年獲澳洲西雪梨大學亞洲研究碩士學位。 1997年和2005年兩次返回中國，第一次返回中國被監視居住，第二次去中國進關時候遭註銷原入境簽證，後被限期離境。
