日本詩人森井香衣（Kae Morii），慶應義塾大學畢業。詩發表在日本國內外詩選、報刊、電台廣播、詩歌節等。出版詩集《醋栗木》、《瑠璃光》等。獲多項文學獎、詩獎，包含桂冠詩人。任PPdM駐日本大使。於印度、尼加拉瓜等國際詩歌節活動中，多次與淡水福爾摩莎國際詩歌節策畫人李魁賢交集。

從事詩創作和翻譯逾半世紀，創作超過千首、翻譯五千首，獲吳濁流新詩獎、巫永福評論獎、賴和文學獎、榮後台灣詩人獎、台灣新文學貢獻獎、行政院文化獎、吳三連獎文學獎、真理大學台灣文學家牛津獎，另獲韓國、印度、蒙古、美國等頒予多項國際詩獎。
