About the author
林明德（1946～），臺灣省高雄縣人，政治大學中文博士。曾任國立彰化師範大學臺文所教授兼副校長（2005～2011），現任財團法人中華民俗藝術基金會董事長（2008～）。研究領域包括：中國文學、臺灣文學、民俗曲藝及飲食文化。1980年開始投入民間文學與民俗文化的研究，將研究調查的結果融入活動企劃，使每一活動能精緻化、多元化，引領社會大眾了解並欣賞民藝之美。目前總策劃臺灣民俗藝術叢書，以及彰化學叢書（五年六十冊）。著有：《阮註定是搬戲的命》（2003）、《台中市飲食地圖》（2004）、《斟酌雅俗》（2009）；編有《台澎金馬地區匾聯調查研究》（1994）、《台灣民俗技藝之美》（1998）、《大溪豆腐系列文化研究》（1999）、《彰化縣飲食文化》（2000）、《台灣工藝地圖》（2002）、《台中飲食風華》（2006）、《鄉間子弟鄉間老──吳晟新詩評論》（2008）、《親近彰化文學作家》（2011）等。
