李學華

1941年生，國立政治大學行專部畢業，國家考試乙等普通行政及格。曾任台北市政府民政局股長、專員、視察；選舉委員會課長、組長，現任台北市選舉委員會榮譽顧問。曾出版有《投票所設置問題之研究》（行政院研考會，1995）、《票匭及遮屏改進之探討》（中央選舉委員會，1997）。
