About the author

李冰封，1928年生，福建福州人。1946年入上海光華大學中文系，1950年畢業。1954年入中共中央高級黨校新聞班，1956年畢業。長期從事新聞出版工作，1957年在《新湖南報》工作時，曾被劃為「右派」，下放「監督勞動」，1978年「改正」。1982年評為「編審」。現任《炎黃春秋》雜誌社編委。是中國作家協會會員。四十年代中期開始寫作，此後曾輟筆20餘年。近年主要從事散文、隨筆寫作，著有《李冰封散文隨筆初集》及《李冰封散文隨筆續集》、《華胥夢醒集》等書。
