金剛薩埵百字明咒，在許多經書中都有出現，也幾乎是藏傳佛教每個人都會念的咒。功德利益是得身心清淨、除業障、補闕、獲得首楞嚴三昧、與三摩地相應、除五無間罪及謗佛罪、悉除一切苦惱、離一切諸惡趣、於一切有情無沮壞、一切如來加持、一切悉地現前得未曾有生喜悅安樂悅意、成就三摩地、一切意願皆得滿足、乃至成就一切如來體性。
