月旦醫事法——Gostin衛生法中譯集（一）

　　 Lawrence O. Gostin教授是在全球衛生領域享譽國際的傑出學者，為歐尼爾全球及國內衛生法研究中心（O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law）的創辦人暨中心主任，並獲得其所任教的喬治城大學（Georgetown University）校長頒發該校最高學術殊榮“University Professor” 的頭銜。其亦為美國國家醫學研究院（Institute of Medicine of The National Academies）、英國皇家公共衛生學會（Follow of Royal Society of Public Health, UK）、美國外交關係協會（Council on Foreign Relations, CFR）的院士及成員。

　　Gostin教授目前同時擔任世界衛生組織公共衛生法暨人權協調中心（World Health Organization Collaborating Center on Public Health Law & Human Rights）主任，並受世界衛生組織總幹事任命擔任多項世界衛生組織之職務。2016年時，美國歐巴馬（B. Obama）總統亦任命Gostin教授為國家癌症諮詢委員會（National Cancer Advisory Board）委員。
