許菁芸

國立政治大學俄羅斯研究所副教授。俄羅斯聯邦外交部國立莫斯科國際關係大學（MGIMO）國際關係學系比較政治組政治學博士。曾多次獲得國科會個人計畫與專書計畫補助。研究領域為俄羅斯與前蘇聯國家政治與經濟、中俄關係、俄歐關係、國際能源政治與外交、俄羅斯外交等。
