戴爾．卡耐基
戴爾．卡耐基(Dale Carnegie，1888.11.24~1955.11.1)，美國著名人際關係學大師，現代成人教育之父，西方現代人際關係教育的奠基人，1936年出版的著作《影響力》( Carnegie Communication and Interpersonal Relationship)，強調溝通人際關係的原則，例如：不批評、真誠的讚美與感謝、關心他人、多聆聽、衷心的給別人存在感……等，這是人最珍貴的優點，人際溝通正是本書的精華所在。
