About the author
彭天相（1893-1943）著 字戒頑，生於清光緒十九年，湖南湘鄉府（今雙峰縣）人，清國子監生，誥授湖南奉政大夫（正五品銜），民國初年任湖南長沙工會主席。 彭衛民（1987-）箋釋 湖南雙峰人，西南政法大學政治學研究所研究人員，國立高雄大學研修生。先後參與或承擔國家社科基金項目、教育部人文社會科學研究項目、西南政法大學重點項目等課題十餘項，在《史學彙刊》（臺灣）、《學術界》、《社會科學論壇》、《中國社會科學報》、《社會科學報》等CSSCI、THCI學術刊物與報紙發表論文二十餘篇，學術成果三次獲得西南政法大學成果特等獎與重慶市學術年成果二等獎，部分文章為《人大複印資料》、《儒學中心》（臺灣）等全文轉載，先後獲得「第七屆中國青少年科技創新獎」、「重慶市十佳讀書人」、「重慶市學術標兵」、「重慶市學術創新先進個人」等獎項。
