About the author
張英洪，北京市農村經濟研究中心研究員，博士，1968年出生於中國湖南漵浦縣，長期從事農村和農民問題研究，已出版的主要著作有：《給農民以憲法關懷》、《中國農民與當代政治》、《農民權利論》、《建設人人共用的現代公共服務之都》、《認真對待農民權利》、《農民權利發展：經驗與困局》等書。
