尤金．薩米爾欽(Евгений Иванович Замятин，1884.2.1~1937.3.10)，俄國小說家、劇作家、諷刺作家，代表作為反烏托邦科幻小說《我們》(Мы)，在1924年譯為英語出版，但到1988年才第一次於俄羅斯公開發行俄文版，針對的是極權主義的種種弊端，假借生活在未來世界中的一個模範公民之口，戲擬了一個高度數位化，採用集中統一管理的聯眾國中各色人等的生活和心態，充滿諷刺地討論了人性、自由、幸福、靈魂、存在、覺醒等哲學話題。
