章小明，安徽銅陵人，1957年生，中學高級教師。安徽省首屆地理優質課大賽一等獎，2003年被評為地理特級教師，人民教育出版社課程改革教材培訓團專家成員。2005年獲中國國家地理學會授予「第三屆全國地理優秀教育工作者」稱號。 現就職於安徽銅陵市教育局教研室，主要從事中學地理教學研究工作。
