About the author
陳紀臨、方曉嵐夫婦，是香港著名食譜書作家、食評家、烹飪導師、報章飲食專欄作家。他們是近代著名飲食文化作家陳夢因（特級校對）的兒媳，傳承陳家兩代的烹飪知識，對飲食文化作不懈的探討研究，作品?容豐富實用，文筆流麗，深受讀者歡迎，至今已在香港出版了十多本食譜書，作品遠銷海外及國內市場，更在台灣多次出版。 2016年陳紀臨、方曉嵐夫婦應出版商Phaidon Press的邀請，用英文為國際食譜系列撰寫了China The Cookbook，介紹全國33個省市自治區的飲食文化和超過650個各省地道菜式的食譜，這本書得到國際上好評，並為世界各大主要圖書館收藏。這本書的法文、德文版現已出版，將會陸續出版中文、意大利文、荷蘭文、西班牙文等，為中國菜在國際舞台上作出有影響力的貢獻。
